Highly recommend!! The best customer service I have experienced in decades. Jorge was very informative and kept great contact with me the entire way, Jorge called me after the tech left and the job was complete to be sure I didn’t have any concerns, which I didnt. He explained exactly what they would be doing and after words went over it again. The technician Antonio was on time very pleasant and patient with us and did very efficient work he made sure to complete the job, he answered all my questions I had along the way. I highly recommend if you need your ducts cleaned to give them a call. A very honest company which now days is hard to find. I will be hiring them again for my next air duct cleaning. I needed to clean dryer air vents in Truckee. I called 5 different companies and Home Safe Air Duct & Dryer Vent Cleaning was the only one that right away answered the phone and could comit to a time to come to Truckee. His pricing seemed very reasonable too. I made and appointment for Monday at 10. Jorge was right on time. He came in and did an excellent job of cleaning the air vents quickly and thoroughly . He told me that they provide services from Reno or Sacramento. I now have Jorge's card on the fridge. I will always go to them for help when needed. they do an excellent job, are on time with and have reasonable prices. Highly recommend them.

Uriel of Homesafe Home Improvements, LLC did an outstanding job of turning our bathroom into an oasis! He took out our old tub and installed a gorgeous glass sliding shower door, installed the perfect niche to put my shower buddies and the beautiful pebble tec tiles on the floor just made it amazing. This was especially helpful for my husband who had Parkinson to be able to just walk in and shower. He’s very professional, on time and is very articulate about his work! I have used him for other jobs around our home and highly recommend him! You will not be disappointed.

Everything about this company was first rate. The scheduling experience easy and painless. The service technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He sized up and resolved the immediate issues with the dryer vent blockage and made recommendations for improvements to the overall ventilation between dryer and wall making simple hose replacements (and even explained how to overcome minor builder defects to implement them!).
They went above and beyond and I will definitely be using them in the future!

Today, I had Homesafe perform an HVAC duct and dryer vent cleaning ... OUTSTANDING! The owner, Ariel Cruz arrived on time, was courteous, professional and did a fantastic job. I was surprised at the amount of dirt, dust and lint he removed. To think I was breathing in all this during the day and while sleeping at night was troubling. At the completion of the cleaning Ariel applied a disinfectant inside the newly-cleaned ducts. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOMESAFE

We have had Homesafe clean our dryer vent and convert a tub to a shower. Uriel and company did an outstanding job on both. The bathroom remodel was planned to perfection and communicated clearly every step of the way. He was so helpful in helping us find the right tile size and in planning the new shower space. We booked an appt to have Uriel from HomeSafe Air Duct & Dryer Vent Cleaning come out and clean our Dryer vent. We've been here 2 years and don't know if it has ever been done before, but we're SO glad we did it. He was on time, very professional and took pictures, but we also saw it first hand as well. It's incredible how much lint builds up in that vent! It's a good feeling knowing that it's free and clear now and no fire hazard to worry about. Well worth it!

Homesafe Air Duct & Dryer Vent Cleaning just left my house and I couldn't be happier. They were on time, professional, respectful, and friendly. My dryer vent is cleaner than when the house was built. He provided pictures of before and after. He found the problem that was preventing my machine from drying my clothes and was able to fix it.
